Description

The HWS XPS2 is a highly compact and lightweight holographic weapon sight that is designed to be used during the day. It is the non night-vision version of the shortest and lightest HWS sight that EOTECH has produced so far. The XPS2 has a single CR123 lithium battery configuration that takes up less rail space, leaving more room for rear iron sights or magnifiers. In addition, the XPS2 is water-resistant and can withstand depths of up to 10 feet. These features make it an excellent choice for shooters and law enforcement officers who need a compact and lightweight option for their platform.

 

Reticle Options

The reticle patterns developed by EOTECH are essential in achieving quick target acquisition and MOA accuracy, regardless of the distance. These reticles are composed of a 1 MOA center dot encircled by a 68 MOA ring, which helps shooters rapidly acquire and focus on their targets.

EOTECH ONE DOT RETICLE

The 68 MOA ring with 1 MOA dot is our most popular reticle pattern, and it offers three usable aiming points. However, these aiming points are based on a specific load, which is .223 cal. 62 gr. 2,900 vel. When other loads and calibers are used, the shooter must determine the ranges associated with the aiming points. When using a shotgun, the 68 MOA ring can represent shot patterns, but this will depend on the shell selection and choke. To order this reticle, the model codes must end in -0.
